    sv650 brakes

So I was going to put stainless steel brake lines on the bike, but one of the brake like bolts to the caliper and the one on the master are seized. Nothing Ive done has managed to get them out. Anyone know (or better yet have) which bikes can replace the system? Stock front end, not much interest in doing a gixxer front end, unless someones got one cheap.

Best bet is to probably get some stock parts off ebay. I got a pair of stock calipers with very little street use for like 60 bucks shipped.

What parts do you need? I've got stuff in my basement acting as paper weights. Lines, calipers and pads. Give me a shipping address & they're yours.

wait.... shit... 2nd gen or 1st?

1st gen. Need calipers and a master. Unless a master from an 04 636 would work on there.

Damn... my calipers won't work. Lines probably will if you need em, though.

You can use a master from pretty much anything. Kawi & Suzuki masters are a popular upgrade.

I think I've got a spare setup for a gen 1. I don't remember what shape the master is in. I'll look later tonight and either pm or fb you.

Ehh nevermind. Some vise grips and a fresh mind managed to free them. Thanks anyway.
