Brake pad suggestions?

It's getting to be time for pads on my SV I think, I am getting some consistent squeal out of the front brake. Any suggestions for a good street pad that will do well for spirited riding/track days?

One suggestion I have gotten is the SBK3 Carbone Lorraine pads. Might try them out but looking for suggestions...thanks!

Would this be good for the 'average' street rider? How about in the rain? Do the pads work well when cold, e.g. emergency street stops?

01 Compound

This is one of the newest generation and the most advanced race compounds in the PFC range. Slightly higher bite and torque for the first 2/3’s of the stop when compared to 93 and 95 compound. At the end of the stop, 01 compound has less torque scatter for improved modulation with excellent release and a flatter torque curve. Very easy on the discs with very low wear. Can be used both on Stainless and iron discs.

anyone ever use Goldfren Brake Pads? I was just on MotoRace & noticed that's what they sell... S3 or K5 compounds looks like somethin i might like but I wasn't sure about the price or performance... I'll have to ask Dave.

Anyone have any experience w/ Goldfren?

Update on my pads: I had Peter put in Vesrah RJL pads, they work awesome, very linear, consistent, not fading under the conditions I've put them through yet.

Look at the DP HH+ street pads. They made a very big improvement to the stock brakes on my bike. Seem to wear well and are not eating my rotors. They also breakin very fast.
