Ducati Service Help

I am frustrated and I thought I would see if anyone out there can service a Ducati 749. I need a valve adjustment and tune up. My bike has been at a shop for the past 3 weeks and nothing has been done. I won't say which shop but it's frustrating, and the bill is outrageous. Anyways, I just thought I'd throw it out there.

The reg 749 valves are different than the R's, simpler IMO
