    My first ever fork seal change

    went without a hitch took me 2 hrs start to finish. next time i will be able to do it in about 30 mins. piece of cake.

    i did learned a lesson hold that top cap down while unscrewing lmfao. that bitch went across the garage lol.

    thanks to those who gave me good advice and tips.

    oh i must say vey easy design, i know there are some that must be a pain, lol i got lucky, didnt even need a tool to keep the inner tube from spinning. i couldnt believe how easy it was. and the honda shop said $200 to do the seals lmfao. i will do it myself from now on lol.

    Even if you need a tool to keep the inner from spinning, a wooden broom handle has always done the trick for me
