    Exhaust slip on question

I've read a couple places that you can use never-seize to keep the exhaust parts on these old bikes from rusting and sticking together. My question is; can you use any type of non-flamable grease? (ie white lithium) or does it have to be never-seize?

Very newb question but i just spent 3 hours getting my exhaust out in one piece instead of 3 and i'd like to avoid doing that again.

anti-seize should work well.. I dont think the heat will hurt it. Lithium grease will not hold up to the temps though
