I find it best for doing fine plunge cuts to things. Like cutting a hole for an outlet or finishing cuts that the circular saw just couldn't quite reach like corners and stuff.
It's pretty handy to just have around and small enough to stuff in a drawer. It's pretty good with a metal cutting blade but is only for thin stuff.
I don't remember which brands this impacts, but I can look it up if need be. Some brands put the low-voltage cutoff circuit in the tool, whereas some put it in the battery. So there's a chance that, with the wrong combination of brands, you can use a battery in someone else's tool and ruin the battery by draining it 100%. Just something to be on the lookout for

I normally run $1,700 pneumatic grinders in my shop. On a whim we brought in the linked grinder. They are legit, and dirt cheap. I’ve since put a dozen of them in the shop with zero failures or issues. If you’re a weekend warrior fabricator (or pro) they might be worth your consideration.
DeWalt disks work way, way better than the hf stuff. Like way better. Same goes for saw blades.
These are what you want for grinding down

Anyone have this power washer? Have been wanting something to wash bicycles and stuff around the house and there's a coupon for it.

We have a DeWalt gas pressure washer with a real Honda motor. They are rebranded Simpsons. The pump failed when ai was taking the boat out. So we bought a Predator model similar to the DeWalt.
If I had a do-over I’d go straight to the HF model. Works just as well, and seems less sensitive to freezing - which is why the Simpson/ DeWalt probably failed.

For a little more I've been using the SunJoe amazon model for a number of years now around the house. VERY useful tool to have on hand. Not AS strong as gas powered, but strong enough to do all the home chores and needs AND never have to mess with another carburetor or have it be stupid loud.
Whatever model you pick strongly recommend having a hose reel on it for the pressure hose AND having an extra 10 or 15 ft whatever hose extension.
Should have elaborated. I’m not really against it.
It goes on sale for $79.99 and $69.99. I think you can get a warranty for $30 for 3 years. The warranty will really cover it.
If you don’t mind driving to HF every few months to replace it get one. If your closest HF is too far maybe not worth it.
I have one on my way to work so I legit treat them like they are disposable. 2 replacements this summer and no issues at all. I use it A LOT.
Bought it a couple months ago to primarily wash the cars and the dirtbike. Used it a couple times so far, works fine. Doesn’t take up much space in the garage. Also used it to clean a vinyl fence. Didn’t need the power of a gas one or the maintenance.
HF also sells a wand for it that allows you to use standard quick-connect pressure washer tips

Owned two different electric pressure washers. Neither lasted more than a few seasons. Karcher and another brand. The good, durable electrics are as expensive as gas washers.
Thry have their advantages as well: no noise, smaller to store, don’t have enough power to damage most things.
