    Re: Headshake?

You may just need to adjust the bearing preload on your triples. I've heard of that causing shake.

    Is your tire getting worn?
This type of thing happened to me when my front tire was at the end of its life.

I think the tire might be getting close...I'll check the wear indicators...Thanks...I'll look up the bearing in my manual tonight...kinda reminded me of Jeep death wobble!

If it's been a while since you checked tire pressure, my bets on that.

If you're trying to avoid this situation while you diagnose it, don't be on the gas and then chop it off before you let go. Causes the front end to dive, makes it happen or makes it worse. Roll off the throttle gently, then let go.

    Re: Headshake?

No...I'm pretty consistant with checking the pressure.I wasn't really screwing around...just took my hands off the bars to adjust my glasses and it instantly started wobbling. No problems once I put my hands back on the bars.I've been riding my Electraglide alot so I think I kinda feel like I'm driving a Rolls Royce when I take the Ninja out. This threw me for a loop.

What's the tire? Some are known for this when worn, like Mezeler Tourances.

Bridgestone BattleAx's.....I found a nice chunk outta the front so I'm thinking this is the culprit...
