    Help setting sag?

At some point over the winter I'd like to begin getting the suspension set up properly on my zx6r.
Ive done a bunch of reading and how-tos on how to set the sag etc and its seems pretty straightforward...
of course methinks it'd be well worth having someone who knows what theyre doing help out.

Ive tried to at least see if its sagging at all, etc when I get on it, but Im under the impression that its set entirely too stiff as-is.
At some point down the line, Ill get the suspension set up perfectly by the guys at GMD, but for now I'd like to at least just get it somewhat close.

At this point, I really just need a couple extra hands and some stands. Im hoping to be getting some stands for xmas from the wifey.
If not, Ill have to purchase some. But, if anyone local has got the time and some stands, perhaps we can meet up and set my sag?

So, anyone got the know-how and perhaps the time to help out at some point?

Tell the wife to buy you pit bull stands from us at Boston Moto and we will help you set sag at our shop when you come to pick them up. Them you can walk next door to Peter at gmc and bookbyour suspension upgrades. 3 birds-1 stone.

Shes already done her shopping, i just dont know what she actually bought. Worst case scenario she didnt buy me stands and I end up getting them from you guys as soon as the bank account recovers from its holiday beating.

Oh man... I wish. No-can-do, though. I did get stands for xmas from the wifey.
Unfortunately, any other unnecessary purchases are on hold for a month or two.

HA! Touche... each person's definition of 'necessary' greatly differs.

Penske falls well within necessary territory...

    Re: Help setting sag?

It's for safety which renders it as necessary as, say, a helmet...or a protective riding suit....
