    Kurlon

Is there any reason one of my secondary fuel injectors would be unplugged? I have a Bazaaz on there, and I can't remember if I unplugged it when I was pulling a radiator, or if its not needed.
I don't see a plug it could go into, and its the only thing I can find unplugged.

I can't imagine why you'd leave it unplugged.

Me either, but Im 98% sure its been unplugged. I don't think I unplugged it, and I can't see where it would plug in.
Only reason I think thats what it is is from the wire colors and the service manual.

    Re: Kurlon

Looking at Bazaaz's instructions, for all CBR600RRs they show jumping onto all 8 injectors on the bike. You should have a grey connector coming off the Bazaaz harness for that injector. Grab the wiring off the injector next to it and chase it back to the harness, then find the 'missing' connector.

If it's the Pair, Duke Nukem it. (After verifying there is nothing else required to be done when doing a PAIR delete on your bike of course.)

Like I said earlier, Im 99% sure its been disconnected previously, I just couldn't be 100% sure I didn't disconnect it when I pulled the radiator. Just wanted to make sure.

Ok, next problem. So I got everything buttoned up, and back on. Turn power on to the bike, all is normal, put the kill switch to run, and there's a constant clicking from under the seat, fuse area. If I try to start the bike, it just clicks faster. What did I miss.

    Re: Kurlon

So... pop the seat off, identify what's clicking, we'll go from there?

    Re: Kurlon

Gotta be a relay of some type making the noise. Find noise maker, see what color wires are coming out of it, that info plus a wiring diagram will determine what it is and what it's trying / failing to do.

    Re: Kurlon

Its not the oil you motherfuckers.
But its just weird, its not solely when I try to start the bike, but when there's power, and only when the kill switch is toggled on. Not when its toggled off.

A lot of stuff happens when you flip the kill switch. Fuel pump primes, the gerbils awaken and start running in their little wheels, etc.

Fuel pump does nothing, second I hit the kill switch on, just clicking. I think its the starter relay.

Hamster require more maintenance and are mean as f!ck. They're harder to tame.
