ninja 2009 650r sliders and link

Anyone install or see ninja shops plate and bar sliders installed or AIPRACING lowering link. Fess up if you have some experience with these as I just bought them and could use some advise on the install.

    Two things

    1) OEM sliders are the best for the 650

    2) Why are you lowering a bike that already has one of the lowest sear heights you can buy?

No OEM sliders for the 650r due to the new faring not racing style. Need to lower it 2" for my 4'11" gf that will be riding it as her main ride. We share this bike as I have the fjr1300. Selling her 500vulcan cruiser on the for sale forum.
Had to lower the 250 ninja for her as well. lol the lowest ninja yet.

Thumbs up Re: ninja 2009 650r sliders and link

Ninja shop sliders installed and look great install was easy. Just remove lower fairing and loosen upper. Lowering link by AIP Racing went on easy for my dealer got both installed for 2.5 hours labor.
