Guys,
If you get a new ball bearing for the rear wheel of your bike, what type of grease are you supposed to use in the ball bearing? Reason I ask is the stock bearing has this jelly like grease that is clear but has a pink hue to it. It's definately not "regular grease". I'm guessing its grease specifically designed for ball bearings?
Typically when a job calls for the application of grease I just use Mobil 1 Synthetic Grease:

According to Mobil 1, it can be used for Ball Bearings. Thoughts????
Interesting, all the wheel bearings I've ever played with were greased and sealed from the mfg. I'd find a water tolerant marine grease if using unsealed bearings I guess.
Waterproof grease on unsealed bearings.

Cool belray it is then. Thanks guys.
