    I have a full set of them. They're great for the money. I've had 0 problems with mine so far...

    165 bucks with shipping for a rear stand, front stand with triple tree adapter, and a set of spools. Can't beat that.

    Seem to be OK...you usually get what you pay for. The tubing does seem beefy...fittings, wheels look a lil cheap. Most on here will recommend Pitbull, Woodcraft, etc...which are tried & true. I personally like PB or Vortex.

    Very sturdy stands. I have no problems with mine. A little heavy but they are built to last.

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    i've got one of their standard front stands....it works pretty well considering i think it was all of $35

    but yea for the most part you get what you pay for....I'd recommend just dropping the money on a set of pitbull or woodcraft stands.

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    I have a rear stand from t-rex. Had to pin one of the "jaws" to keep it from moving. Didn't seem to matter how much I cranked on the knob, it would move, and when I got back in from a session it would be a pain in the ass to get it back on the stand.

    After that 2 second fix, no problems.

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    I have the t-rex stem lift front-stand. It was cheap, and it works. The pin for the Yamaha is not a snug fit, it's a bit loose. Not sure about the real brands.

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    i would buy a t-rex for repairs only, but wouldnt keep the bike lifted with them for long periods of time. i bought my pitbulls for storing the bike over the winter

    Sounds like inverse thinking to me.... When it's in storage who even touches the thing? When you're working on a bike you're hitting it, torquing it, sitting on it...... yelling at it...

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    repair = 10-60 mins
    storage = 3+ months

    i'm probably wrong, but if i stored my bike with t-rex stands, i'd be checkwing in the garage constantly making sure the stands didnt give out

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    Still doesn't make any sense to me. When you're working on a bike you want the most stable platform you can get.... If I were you I'd be using the Pitbulls.

    As for storage, I don't even bother w/ stands unless it doesn't have a kickstand. Flat spots = old wives tale.

    Have you seen them in person? There huge!!! Beefy!. I deploy alot. My bike is on the stands probably 300 days out of the year. I wouldn't worry about t-rex stands breaking.

    Re: T-Rex stands?

    yea i've seen them, but not till after I had my pitbulls. i just did some thread searching a while back, and the general opinions were to not use t-rex stands for long periods of time.

    but again, i'm probably wrong. when i get a track bike, i would probably buy a rear stand to try them out.
