    setting up your suspension?

    hey i got a 06 cbr600rr i have never setup up suspension before so im looking for some insight.im 6'5" around 200lbs what do i need to do any help would be great thanks ahead on time

    This book changed my life...okay, not really. But it does a helluva job clearing up the science and mystery of suspension tuning. And its written by Andy Trevitt, who's sportbike madman himself, and a magazine editor (knows his shit).
