Starting Issues...Shops near Cape Cod?

Having some issues with start up....02 ZX9R.The bike used to start like a champ...swapped out the exhaust and now its a beast to start.My old exhaust was dinged up so I bought a complete system.Factory can and factory pipes...Its not like I changed to a unrestricted can, so I'm thinking the carb setting shouldn't have to be changed,The bike runs great after its running...wtf? Any suggestions? Anybody recommend a good shop near the Cape that wont rape me?
