SV-650 valve adjustment

This is well within my skill level, but I don't have a set of shims or the interest in trips back and forth to the dealer. Is there someone local to Wilmington, MA who is good enough to trust with my track bike?

I just had the valves done on my FZ8. Brought it to Claxton Powersports in Salisbury. Rick is a straight shooter. 4 exhaust valves were tight. He had it ready in 2 days.

I was going to do it myself but couldnt find the time. I forget what I paid him but it was less than I expected. I can check the reciept when I get home.

I'll second that. He's done work on my SV and both the work and the price were good and turnaround is fast. It's not particularly close to Wilmington though.
