SV popping at low rpms

Leo Vince slip on.
Stock Jetting.

Sounds like I am making popcorn if I let off the throttle or putt at low rpms.
I just cleaned the carbs and replaced the plugs hoping it would help.

Jetting?
I would rather drop this off somehwere and have it tuned as I have way too many house projects to spend my time on. Suggestions on shops?

Does it do it when it only cold? Or does it do it warm as well?

What happens if you turn up the idle screw?

Cold or warm. Idle screw makes no difference as far as I can tell

Might be lean because of the jetting.

My 99 has a full M4 system with larger jets and it pops a lot with lower idle when it's cold. But it goes away once it has warmed up.

sync the carbs, don't do half the recomended work and think its gonna run right

also check for vacuum & exaust leaks
