TLR1000 Forks- SV650

My SV650 came with a set of forks and a triple from a TLR1000. I had them sent out to GMD to have the front fork springs upped to 0.95kg but have begun to bottom out in turn 3. Could I up the front springs slightly without changing the valving? They were revalved when the new 0.95 springs were installed. Would I change out both springs or just one? Recommended spring rate? Is this something I could do myself or are there special tools required?

Add 10cc's of oil and try again.
