is this one of the symptoms of needing valve adjustment?
one bike seller claims it is, can someone confirm this?

Does it have a pc? What year and model bike? Milage? Just asking bc just trying to make sure it's not the valves before you go adjusting them

hard starting is a classic example of tight valves. It's pretty easy to check them and worth it to find out where they're at.
