I crashed and the reservoir came off so my brakes needed to be bled. I bled the brakes and got good lever feel then I noticed something strange. If I put light pressure on the lever it will go all the way back to the bar. If I grab it hard it stays put. So with light pressure it feels just like a nipple is open. My mind is boggled right now. There are no visible leakes or problems. The master is an accassato 19x18. What do you guys think?
That's usually a sign of wear or old seals, which would be unusual on a track bike. There might be some debris stuck on the piston seal. It's an umbrella design, so if you apply pressure quickly, it forces open. Slow application lets the fluid by a hardened/damaged/dirty seal. Sound like a clean and rebuild is in order. If you find a rebuild kit, post up as I could use a spare for mine. I hope this means we'll see you next round?

Could be air still in the system, I'd try bleeding it again with a vacuum bleeder ideally.
I had a dirtbike master get bopped on a trail ride and had similar issues...bled the crap out of it multiple times and had the same issues
I just got another used master and fixed all my problems

I think I remember reading a review between the Accossato and the Bremebo and one of the things they didn't like about the Accossato was not being able to rebuild it. So there very well may not be a rebuild kit available. I also pulled this from MotoMummy's site. You could check with him.

There isn't a repair kit, but replacement parts (some of them) can be replaced. Brembo as well as Accossato are moving away from repair kits because it's too easy to have a micro fracture somewhere in the master cyl and not notice it and "repair" it but still have a major safety issue.
