didnt get out for practice as i just wasnt motivated to do so. went out for LWGP and im gridded 3rd row just to the left of Pete. i get an ok start and file into 1 two bikes back from Pete, get to 1a and twist the throttle and the motor makes a BOOOOGGG noise....im in 5th instead of 4th and 3 people get by coming out of 2. i put my head down and rode the wheels off. i was dragging toe, calf slider, peg, and knee with my knee against the frame slider in 1,6,9 and 11 and bodywork in 10. i was also knee down in 8 and 12, something i dont usually do, and smashing my knee on the curb of 1a and 4. i just couldnt get the bike to go any faster. i think the motor is tired. 75k+ on it and nothing ever done. dont think ill be catching Pete until next season. time to do some engine maint.

Yeah, it was my streetbike in AZ before it was turned into a racebike.
4 years of 365 days of riding which was about 15k or so a year since i had no car and the last year of that it was doing track duty 12+ times a year and now its on its 5th race season....so i think it may need a valve job at least

It would be cheaper to just maintain mine then build new.
