Left my brother's wedding at midnight.

Went home and got 2.5 hours of sleep.

Got up at 3:45am.

Packed, drove to my shop to meet Kurtz for 4:30am.

Kurtz never showed, or answered the 15 or so calls I placed.

Sat there fuming till 5:30.

Went home and went back to bed.

Set a new PB time driving from work to home.

I was on two hours of sleep, and nodding off just sitting in the parkinglot. Driving 3 hours, alone was not safe at all...

Yeah, nothing dramatic on my end, I just overslept. I got home from the wedding I was at around 2:30, set the phone and alarm clock for 3:30...and woke up at 8:45 with 35 missed calls.

I texted you then tried calling, Noel, but it rang twice and then went to voicemail? Phone must have been off or something. I was bummed I had overslept and missed the day, but I was glad we spoke earlier in the week and agreed either of us could get up there ourselves, in case a scenario exactly like what happened, happened. I was surprised to find out you hadn't gone ahead and gone up there.

Please... Everyone try to understand that this was posted to be somewhat humorus. Not to be a gang rape of Kurtz... He's my boy. I'm not pissed. Shit happens.




Plus, I got tired of explaining why I didn't show on Sunday. I didn't go because I didn't feel safe about driving up alone, on no sleep, without someone who could take the wheel if I caved in to exhaustion.
