Past month: 4 different travels for work. Lots of flying and not much sleeping. Overnight flights and 0430hrs meetings, etc.
Friday: Get going late. Almost didn't go... hindsight is 20/20. Get to the track late. Don't practice. Sleep poorly.
Saturday: Get up, tired as fuck, body hates me. Head is not right. Throw up. Pack up. Go home. Splitting headache, go to bed. Wake up for dinner. Back to bed.
Sunday: Sleep til 1:30.
