ECK Racing Team Summary 2011 Round #1

Well I gotta say, with a total of 8 podium finishes out of 11 races entered, it was a pretty phenominal weekend for ECK Racing. If this weekend is a sign of things to come, I think we'll be VERY happy this year

Saturday:
Race 2: Expert LWSB - Pete 2nd
Race 4: Amateur Supersingles - Christian 1st
Race 6: Expert LWGP - Pete 2nd
Race 8: Expert ULSB - Gino 2nd
Race 8: Amateur ULSB - Christian DNF
Race 9: Novice LWGP - Jake 2nd

Sunday:
Race 2: Expert GTL - Pete 4th
Race 2: Amateur GTL - Christian 8th
Race 3: Novice Ultralight GTL - Jake 1st
Race 6: Amateur Motard - Christian 2nd
Race 8: Expert LWSS - Pete 2nd


Best lap times of the weekend:
Jake - 01:26.9 (new personal best)
Christian - 01:24.796

Everyone did great out there.

I am especially impressed with Jake, having been one who had to fight him off. During the GTL, I saw him getting closer and closer as the laps clocked off. He's going to be a real threat!

Pete, I watched the SS race from T12 and saw you hold off Ducet for quite a few laps, that's no small feat, looking great!

It's going to be a really great team, as Gino and Christian were also looking extremely strong out there.
