Lack of Race Reports

Guys, what the fuck. I live vicariously through all of you racing. I enjoy following your progressions from NV to EX. I love seeing you drop tenths of a second off your lap times from one weekend to the next. Sav was the only one who posted a round 4 race report... he couldn't have been the only one racing.

thank god this was a phase.
i hated seeing this forum on mondays.

it became the LRRS personal racer blog.
only race report i ever enjoyed was from Denno. it was something along the lines of "good wheelie on the cool down lap of race 4. not go good wheelie at the end of race 8."

I shared for people just like you, to enjoy the ride and get a glimpse behind the curtain.

I don't share here anymore because the bitches took it as grandstanding which turned into passive shots down the line. Nobody got time for that.

I would have written one if I was there. Actually, now that I think about it, most of the people who usually write a race report were absent this round.

I normally try to do a report each month / event, but was really out of it for most of this last weekend. The heat just kinda shut me down. I did a news blurb with highlights but didn't think I had anything really report worthy this time around that I wanted to blog about and pester the forum with. I suspect there is similar for others going on, blah weekend, still tired from the heat, the next round is not far off.

I had a great weekend, pb's, best finishes yet, improved bike - the whole deal.

I can list who'll say what but none of 'em grid up. Gets old fast.

It was a weird weekend, some people (myself included) couldn't get out of our own way, and then others (Shawn, Isaac, you) crush PBs. And then there were all the motor failures.

It was my first weekend at NHMS ever! I raced a rented bike. I beat people who, presumably, had ridden their bikes and/or that track before. It felt pretty good. I'm on the forum to see if anyone took any schweet photos of people - looks like they're hard to come by.

I may have missed a couple, but I read close to 90% of yours (and others'). I gave up commenting because I figured the "nice job" was redundant to the "like" on FB and here.

I'm getting my high 2nd hand these days and dig reading them, especially the newer racers.

Bingo. Couldn't care less about what anyone thinks about my reports. Compliments are nice to read but no comments or even bad comments won't stop me from writing them. Although come to think of it I don't recall anyone boohooing my reports. :shrug:

I used to write reports too. Then a couple motherfuckers decided they werent at fault in an incident and blasted me all over facebook (which I dont have) and caused a bunch of bullshit. Then i produced the video, thats when they shut up. After that, I decided it wasnt worth putting up reports here. So i put them up on the Ducati board, they like it over there...

i write monthly reports with photos and send them to sponsors because it's written in the contracts. i'd never fill up a forum with them because i personally dont agree with them.
the only race report i've ever put on this forum was my Larry Lap ones.

i wouldnt mind seeing a highlight version of someone racing outside of NHMS because it's something the rest of the community might have an interest in....what the track is like. but the long ass diary entries that require a Table of Contents, no thanks.
