Mixed feelings...I'm way off my last years pace, but it was cold, I was rusty, and I was lacking confidence. The results aren't bad, but I felt a little off all weekend. That said, I had an absolute blast battling with the guys from RSP racing, especially #447 bill coolahan in LWGP. I also got to mix it up with #718 drew lawler, who came out of nowhere on his hawk.

LWSB- 3rd

It was great to see everyone after a long haitus, I'm gonna find the rest of my mojo and hopefully lose the 5 seconds I packed on over the winter. A few tweaks to the bike are in order as well. Thank you to my Low Down Racing peeps for lots of good times and support, as always. See ya in 3 weeks!

As for me, I was out to do exactly what I did in round 1 last season, show that I am ready for the bump that I was denied in the off-season.

A podium on the opening weekend of the series is nothing to sneeze at and as was mentioned...everyone was slow except for the super-human peeps.

Haha, I had fun battling ya that race, I knew I had drive in 12 so I was able to make it stIck, and barrrrrely get between you and the wall. I was like "get skinny get skinny!" and couldn't believe I fit in there lol. You looked great out there this weekend, can't wait for more memorable dicing next month!

careful out there when you get really close to the wall. it gets a bit dirty and it gets hard to actually steer away from it. I actually rubbed my tires on the wall last year once, made the pass though.
