    +1 to suspension and rearsets first. I picked up some bad body position habits right off the bat when I started track riding due to the low stock pegs on my 2nd gen N model.

    I have a 2006 SV race bike. K tech suspension set up for 230# rider, woodcraft reasets, woodcraft ignition eliminator, brembo master, braided lines, full yoshi pipe, PCIII, motion pro throttle, stands and wheels for rains. $3900SV650 Track Bike-img_0183-jpg

    That looks like a very good option. The KTech suspension alone is worth nearly that much (assuming 25mm cartridge kit and 35dds pro shock)
