    Aren’t those super maintenance intensive?
Either way, send me pics/details and your asking price and I’ll think about it

Guy with a Superduke 990 said he’d accept my offer, then I haven’t heard from him in weeks to figure out details

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

I don't have one. If I did I'd be riding it.

They need oil changes at like 1200 miles or something silly, but with your low mileage plans it shouldn't be a huge deal.

Had one...sell it and get the SXV! Just kidding, enjoy it!! Their maintenance isn't terrible to be honest, and you can do actual miles with them.

    But seriously, get an SXV.

I genuinely want to hear SXV stories. Are they really that bad?

It was genuinely the most fun bike I've ever owned, and possibly ever ridden. I commuted from Watertown to South Station most days for a few months and never broke down. The battery is the size of a pack of cigarettes, so if you don't know how to start it, it'll die quickly (you basically get two chances). Oil changes are frequent and annoying, and oil level is impossible to check, so you have to measure it when you drain it to make sure you didn't lose any. Gas capacity was like 1.25 gal, and it got like 30mpg, so you didn't go far. Ran rich at idle, so would foul plugs if left alone too long.
