WTB: 06 R6 Throttle Tube/Grip

Looking for a 2006 R6 throttle tube/grip. They are like $20 (New) online maybe someone on here has one?!?! let me know. Thanks

I did the R6 mod on my SV and it cost me <12 at Freedom cycle in Concord NH.

go on gixxer.com to see the write up for it. the part will cost you like $12 at the local dealer. i did the 04 R1 tube on my gixxer. it cost me $12 at Brockton Cycles. The R1 is a 1/5th turn and bolts right up. the 06 R6 tube is a 1/6 turn and will require minor modifications to make it fit

Note, check how much throttle stop on the tube hits the throttle. I did the R6 mod on my GS, was great, except that the throttle stop on the R6 tube is significantly shorter than an SV or GS tube... found out on the track that I could roll it past the stop by hand...

I did the 07 R6 one on my race bike and it needed to be shaved down but I have an extra 06 GSXR 600 to use and it was real easy....but def nice upgrade

The ring the cabels ride on is slightly bigger in diameter than the GSXR.....

So the R6 tube is a quicker turn? Got one on my SV. I like it.

This mod was everything I expected it to be. I rode a 1/4 turn throttle on someone else's bike and hated it. Couldn't regulate the throttle in corners... too sensitive. This is perfect!

Cheaper still is taking a zip-tie, trimming it and super glueing it to the cam
