    WTB: 60mm inlet slip on

So I picked up a full titanium K-factory header and midpipe for my zrx1100. The bike has a 12.5:1 1109 kit, ZX11 cams, head work, etc and the Kerker full system seemed a little restrictive. And loud as fuck.

This K-Factory system is larger dia. down tubes and has a 60mm midpipe. With the SS can that's on it now, still loud as fuck.

I'm looking for an oval or tri-oval can in titanium or carbon fiber that will work with it. I may just go with a titanium Ladybird can but was hoping for something a little quieter.

This system(with the stainless can on it now) weighs so much less than the Kerker that you can feel a difference in handling. Even on this old pig...... The header and midpipe together weigh 6.5lbs with the mounting flanges and aluminum mounts. If I go with a Ladybird ti can it's 680 grams. Just silly.

    Thanks!

Re: WTB: 60mm inlet slip on

Thanks Doug! I found a Two Bro's can in the garage that I will adapt if I can't come up with the slip on.

It's good to have three ZRX's in the garage!

Re: WTB: 60mm inlet slip on

I have a Akropovic can from a full system off of my Tuono that may fit the bill. Its got a little rash on the outside but it was on the left hand side of the bike so......

Let me know if interested and I'll get a photo and a measurement.

Are the mid pipes titanium? If so, what kinda shape are they in? How much shipped to 05641? Thanks.

I believe they are both titanium but unsure exactly. They are left side link pipes each slightly different. Both are off of a Akrpopovic full system for 2007-2010 rsvr or tuono. They list for about $300.00 each from AF1 and that's where I got them brand new. They are still brand new never having any gases flowing thru them. I'll ship them both to you for the same amount as the silencer.

Re: WTB: 60mm inlet slip on

Unfortunately, I don't think I can use them with this project. Thanks anyway.

I'm going to get the Akro modified and the scuff mark repaired next weekend. I think this pipe will be exactly what I was looking for as the outlet is standard sized and that will keep the db level down a little. Also, I know mostly how it'll sound as I have a full Akro on my other ZRX and it sounds great!

If anyone else has a 60mm slip on I'd still be interested in buying it. Especially a carbon fiber one.
