Wtb: GSXR600 / R6 street

Sav, i'd avoid the 04-05 GSX-R 600/750.
01-03 or 06-07 assuming he's looking to stay in the $3k - $5k range

what makes an 01 better than an 05? I put 40k on an 03, a bunch of trackdays on an 01, 30k on an 06 with some trackdays and a few trackdays on my current 05. My opinion is you can't really go wrong paying 3k for any of em...Would you really take a k1 over an k5?

I looked at the bike this weekend...in decent shape. Needs fork seals, brake fluid, but not much else...

I have a buddy looking to get rid of his 06 Gsxr 600. 3400 miles never down Bla Bla $5800. Has a few aftermarket pieces on it and I can tell you it has been babied bc he doesn't know how to ride. Also comes with a shoei Gsxr helmet too.
