    Wtb: your old paintball stuff

Looking to keep my mind busy, looking for older paintball markers and gear sitting in your garage/attic/basement collecting dust. Let me know.

How old, I've got an original OG Spyder and an even older Sheridan long barrel stock class pump?

What are you looking to do with them? I have a decent size collection I might be downsizing. Everything from vm68's to automags to cockers to egos and everything in between. Most of it is packed away and hasn't seen day light in like a decade.

Well shit, you're not kidding. Just poked at eBay, maybe it's time I dusted it off and gave it some TLC. Spyders weren't worth anything new either so... no loss there. But they did get me into the sport.

Both worth quite a bit. The rainmaker is rare and if it's in good shape it could fetch an eye watering amount.

It's an oddity now and the nostalgia factor plays a big part. Your probably looking at 500 to a grand depending on it's condition and accessories.
The automags starts around $200 now if you just pulled it out a creek. The skies the limit on those. A nice minimag body with a warp feed and lvl 10 bolt and some other trick bits can see upwards of a few grand.

The splash color is the tippy top of desirable. They don't get much better than that.

That Sheridan and rainmaker will sell quick. I’m more looking at the older mechanical stuff over the electric, hence trying to pick stuff up on the cheaper side.

Start a thread about toys you used to have in the 80s and 90s. Stomach churning prices for some of that stuff.

I just looked up an old Tamiya RC car I have had for 20+ years, and got for next to nothing back then. Worth $700+/- now used.

Tamiya are hit or miss on value. They did so many rereleases that it killed the value in some, but not all. I have several clodbusters ranging from Brand new to heavily used original to original 80's to rerelease from a few years ago. They are all worth about the same.

Again, 80's and 90's toy prices will make you ill.

You said it... 80's and 90's kids are now adults. And "Adults" is just another way of saying "big kids with money that are looking to recapture their childhood".

There will always be $$$ in Nostalgia. Hopefully my PlayStation 2 will be worth big bucks in another 10-20 years.

So glad I traded my clod for a pos plane 30 years ago... still have the plane I guess..

I have my original Lunchbox though!

Trade for a King Yellow I have too much money in bearings in?

I think I have a Tipman 98 and a bunch of gear in a box somewhere. I think I used it once. Never really got into it.
