so after a very nice check this week most of the parts have been ordered!

sticking with woodcraft rearsets since they took both my crashes pretty good!
    http://www.woodcraft-cfm.com/cgi-bin...n&key=05-0240B
    $340 there

MJ Stands for $100 since they were suggested by a few:
    http://mjmotogear.com/FRONT-HEAD-LIF...ET-COMBO-2.htm

still trying to decide on Warmers.. most people I know run chicken hawk but MJs are unbeatable in price after I did a fair amount of research! if anyone has any feedback I would really appreciate it before I invest any money on them: http://mjmotogear.com/SINGLE-TEMP-TI...ERS-warmer.htm

    Motobrackets shorty levers:

have talked with some people for tires but due to holiday season I havent had a chance to visit them and see what they have but this should change around end of January...
im on a good path I believe..

Just to warn about the warmers. I bought a cheap set of warmers last year and used them for three weekends and then the front burnt up on me while on the bike. Since then I got a pair of the new and improved Woodcrafts and haven't looked back.

I can hold off to the warmers and hope to find something during the winter.. Just trying to finish up the list for racing.. the woodcrafts run what, $400?

$380 for the warmers. but customer service is top notch and they are right up the street basically. plus if they break you can just hand them to Eric at any race weekend and he'll have them fixed and sent back super quick. He knows how to take care of his customers.

Chicken Hawk or Woodcraft are the ways to go if you can toss the coin.

Otherwise, I have a pair of Suzuka's that have been running flawlessly for the last 5 years, they are about $200 brand new. I can't complain with them.

    Re: WTB: Racing Prep Equipment

good news today: a friend is going to give me his Ford Ranger for every race weekend and track day that I attend so I will be fine with a trailer (if I need that) or I can just throw the bike on the bed. Its plenty of room and it is really good on gas (for a truck).
So that saves me money from buying a trailer or risking ruining the corolla!

i like the quick connect feature on the woodcraft warmers, so i'd recommend them over the chicken hawk ones. plus the side skirts help keep in heat.

Your 84" (7 foot long) ramps are better than 6 foot ramps. Unless you have a relatively short height to load a bike, the 6 footers will be too short. I think I have an 8 foot ramp in my van and it works great.

i actually paid 72$ more and it was a pain in the ass to put it back together. if the length its gonna make that big of a difference then whatever idc it just sucks knowing i could have gotten something similar for less and ready to use.

I wouldn't buy anything from Harbor Freight. I broke my own rule about 6 months ago when a friend wanted to check it out. I bought an oil filter wrench, the kind that looks sort of like a pair of pliers. I piece of shit broke after 10 or so oil changes. The nut holding the two piece together stripped out. complete crap. Oh, and the brake bleed tool my buddy bought because it was too cheap not to, he said it doesn't work for shit.

I'm glad you have had good luck so far but I've seen more crap than not. It's just not worth my time to buy cheap tools.
As for the loading ramps it make me think of this...

    Re: WTB: Racing Prep Equipment

I bought this stand from motorcycle-superstore for $75. mine came with both types of lifts. you can find coupons in magazines and pick these up for $25 http://www.harborfreight.com/low-pro...and-99701.html

haven't had a single issue with it other than it was either missing one of the screws or I think I might have stripped the head when putting it together.

The only thing I buy there are hunks of metal like wrenches, sockets, and hammers anything more sophisticated I buy elsewhere.
