WTB Yamaha RD 350/400

So during last round my best friend had a chance to see Jakes dads RD.
he hasn't stopped looking for one ever since!
Trying to help with the whole thing. I know what the bike means to him and he was ready to buy the one at the track but it wasnt for sale.

What we looking for:
Yamaha RD 350 or 400
Full/Complete
100% functional. We can survive if it's not all original but it has to run mint.
Street Legal and MUST have title because there's no other way to register it in MA

Just so he knows.. the RD350 and RD400 are two DIFFERENT beasts... the 350 has more of a hit and the 400 is a little tamer. They are out there you can search. They pop up on Craigslist every now and again. Also Jeff's had exhaust chambers and I will assume matching carb work, his is no where near stock. Just and FYI 'cause it makes a difference with 2 strokes.

The 350 is the first bike I ever crashed haha. He won't be riding it wild. The bike just means so much to him and he has been regretting selling his for 15+ years now.

10 K is a deal compared to rebulding a bike. I did a 72 Ducati 450 and it cost me more than 10K and countless hours.
