I was thinking about buying either the dyno or tz-1 leather jacket, I wanted to get opinions from you guys on who maybe who has either of these jacket, I already ride with a textile jacket from vanson, but I do want more protection on those not so hot days, or if you can maybe recommend another brand? thanks guys

I have a tz-1. I absolutely love it. I'll wear it even when it's 90° out...

I could get for $299 shipped, do you know of a dealer in the boston area who carries them in stock, so I can try it on, before buying online.

I have the Dyno, its a nice jacket. The snap on one of the cuffs broke kinda quickly, but overall seems built well.

TZ-1 looks a bit lighter and perforated...better for hot weather. I switch to a mesh armor jacket when its real hot out.

I had the TZ-1 jacket before and I actually went down on it. Definitely protected me on my fall and it really wasn't damaged at all. It held up extremely well.

My only real negative was that the collar area was not comfortable in the riding position. I had to keep the collar unbuttoned because it was really tight against my neck.
