    New Fieldsheer jacket on the way

    I just bought one of these on closeout;
    http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...er-Jacket.aspx

    I picked up a set of Fieldsheer sport pants earlier this season and if any of you have met me you know I rave about them whenever asked. Leather is incredibly supple and comfortable and armor is adjustable and stays put once positioned. I'm very much looking forward to this jacket. I'll get a full review once it hits.

    Ps if anyone was thinking of picking up any gear the fieldsheer closeout is still on, but stock is winding down. They have everything from jackets to tank bags and luggage on sale.

    +1 on Fieldsheer gear. I love the two piece Revo suit I have, and I also love the Adventure gear for the cooler temps.

    Re: New Fieldsheer jacket on the way

    wow thats really dumb, I just called up moto superstore because i hadn't recieved a shipment notification yet. Apparently they never had the jacket on hand so they had ordered it from another website to get it for me? and the place they ordered it from was out, and didn't tell them, so by now suplies are even lower and i'm not gonna be able to get the jacket in the size i wanted. I ended up having to order a 42 instead of a 40 from motorcyclecloseouts.com hopefully they actually have it, if not i'm going to end up getting a shift sr1 that they have for 200. I really hope it gets here and fits though.

    Re: New Fieldsheer jacket on the way

    Actually its too big, and to small. The chest is fine its alittle looser thatn i prefer but fits ok. The arms arms fit ok when standing but when i get in a tuck the sleeves are about an inch or so too short and the armor slides back and feels restrictive. Just doesn't fit me that well. This isn't the first time its happened to me though i apparently have long arms and legs for my widths? IDK.

    It's a nice looking jacket, was pretty heavy too. Do you think it would fit me? How long are the arms?

    Re: New Fieldsheer jacket on the way

    Probably. Come try it on lol your all of 15 mins away if that. Or hell invite me over for dinner and i'll bring booze and stuff plus jacket lol, jk. But yeah I think it should. Really the only gripe i have about it is the sleeve length like i said it feels constrictive, but i have long arms. Your a little shorter than me so your arms are prolly a little shorter, come try it on. Other that that, for anyone interested in picking one up It is a really well put together jacket. Nice thick soft leather, fit and finish are excellent just make sure you check the sleeve lengths when ordering.
