    Freedom Cycle, Concord NH

Called Freedom Cycle looking for a small but crucial part that seemingly nobody stocks. The parts guy was swamped but took my name and # for a call back. Three hours later he called, apologized for the wait, and gave me the name and phone number of the closest dealer that had it in stock.

There's two parts guys there that've been at it for quite a while. One name escapes me, but they've both been incredible over the years. On the rare occasion that I absolutely need something from a dealer, they're my go-to...

Hank Resling Jr. in the Sales department is my normal go to guy over there. He has always provided A++ customer service and always has a positive attitude. Great to hear when companies go above and beyond!

The same parts counter (Freedom Cycle) saved my race weekend with parts nobody else had within a 3 hour drive. Good crew there.

I'm betting it's Tim Wilson. I grew up with Tim and he knows sleds and bikes from a to z.
He always goes out of his way to help the customer. Thanks for posting OP!

These are the guys that support Merrimack Valley Riders, aren't they? I've been very impressed with them.
