OK, so my first post here may be gripe, but I'm more active over on BadWeb. I ordered up a Micron full exhaust ($720) from exotic-sportbike.com about two months ago. after being told for the past three weeks that it's shipping "next week," I found another source, ridenow.com (who had it in stock) and I should have it in my greedy little hands tomorrow. I cancelled my order with exotic by phone, then received an email that night stating that it's already shipped. Odd, it shipped three hours after I cancelled it.
And I aint payin' no damn restocking fees, either!
Call exotic and tell them they should really consider recalling that shipment before it gets to your door seeing as you canceled the order prior to it shipping.
Tried. I talked to what sounded like a teenage girl who didn't know her ass from a hot rock. I'm just going to deny the shipment at my door and then do battle with thier accounting dept. if they hit me with restocking fees.
I bought a Eurobikes undertail from them 2 yrs ago... same B/S..
I fought tooth and nail with them, called my C.C. and cancelled the order. I to got my product soon after. They Suck! that was the last time I dealt with them.

call your cc company and refuse the charge along with the UPS delivery

Scotty call the C.C. Co. And cancell the payment, Don't even deal with them directly any more as it is useless as you are finding out. WHEN they call on THERE product let them know Santa came early and left you a present...Tell them THANKS!!!
If they REALLY want it shipped back to them let them know there is a re-shipping fee, which is 25% of the order.. Add time and materials as needed. IF they don't like that option let them know they are more than happy to come pick it up in person and save the re-shipping fee's....
Maybe then (Doubt it, BUT MAybe) they will "Figure it out" on Customer service/restocking fee's Bullshit....
Yep, as above except don't even offer to ship for a fee. That's their issue to deal with. Tell them, it's here, come get it as it starting to rain and the box is getting wet.
My bet is you end up with a free exhaust system.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to eat thier sh!t.
It's all too late now. They've shipped it and provided a tracking number. I'm just going to deny the shipment with UPS, and let my cc company deal with the dollars. What a headache.
