Well I just took delivery of these gloves and they are going back.
The good:
At first glance they look crazy. I like the look of them very different. They are easy to put on and the sidi style lace system works well. The sliders in the palms is a great idea as well as the wrist sliders. The palm is very well made and I am sure will crash well.
The Bad:
The thumb is HUGE. I got a size large and the thumb is a size XL. The exo skeleton on the fingers is not really top notch and will pop out of the housing with very little effort. The inside of the glove felt nice except, the stitching on the inside of the fingers where the exo is sewn on left my fingers with marks on them. If I had them on for a ride that would have given me blisters. That plastic piece on the knuckles, yeah that popped off twice while test feeling them with my jacket and on my bike. If in motion there would be lost on the side of the road.
I did not ride with these and I just got them today. But, for $250 bucks I am not happy. I will be sending them back to SBTG asap and looking at glove makers that have been at it awhile aka Astars, Dainese, Spidi.
