Thumbs up My Landrics Customs experience

Just wanted to post about my experience with Rich, who took care of some work for me on my daily driver Subaru wagon.

Long story short, my transmission started making noise a few weeks ago, and my friend responded by backing his truck into the front of the car
The nose and hood were pretty scraped up, and popped out of alignment.

He looked at the car and gave me a great quote, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Before I dropped the car off to him, the trans noise got a lot worse, and he ended up giving me a great price on installing a used trans (I had been planning on doing it myself); he took care of all of it and saved me a ton of hassle. Rich was sure to communicate with me through each step, and didn't have a problem with the fact that I ask too many questions .

End result - the car looks GREAT, and is back in action with a new (used) trans. I'm pretty convinced that the paint Rich applied is better than the factory job. The initial quote was solid, and outside of the aluminium hood not agreeing with being bent back into shape (he got me a good deal on a replacement), there were no surprises.

Rich is obviously very passionate about the quality of his work, even on a simple daily driver like my Impreza. Even my girlfriend commented on this after we dropped by briefly.

I'll have no hesitation to go to him again.

You have a truck and ramps... bring a bike, drop truck off, return!

It's worth it. The whole thing was pain-free; not like the experience I've had with body shops in the past.

We could always work out a pick up / drop off situation.

Send Corey on that one. Clayton lives just the other side of the back of beyond.
