Yep, another thread promoting the awesome work that Rich, Corey, Degsy, and all others who have worked on my SV have done.

The paint is hardening on the SV's bodywork as we speak. All I can say is HOLY SHIT! What a fantastic job!

I had some reservations about painting the bike purple , but what a color it turned out to be. The photos below do not do the color and the quality of work justice.

They also did a great job of mounting the bodywork (I saw it just before it went to paint) and having to shorten the back of the lower a little in order to maintain the ability to hold fluid, should it ever need to (it was just about hitting my rear tire).

I can't wait to see the bodywork on the bike.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this color is. Let me put it this way..... There's a Great chance my 800ss will be in some way covered in it and before I was even done I called another client to get him to come check it out for his bagger.

It's essentially a black with a purple pearl flip that if looked at closely you can catch red and blue pearl flakes sparkling among the purple.

One word... GORGEOUS.

yeah, even though I can't bump now, I will be soon enough. I'll just be using vinyl for the first weekend or two. So, why make Rich have to repaint the plates, when it's easy enough to do the vinyl.
