    MOM knows best

... at least when it comes to customer service. Please give a big round of applauds to Motorcycles of Manchester (NH) for having easy, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were a pleasure with which to work. (*phew* Finally, a shop that gets it.)

Always nice to hear when someone has a good experience.

You should have a mod move it into dealer reviews

Good to hear. Was this a parts, service or sales applause?

It was a fun place when I worked there

MOMs has always treated me great with parts, tire mounting and walk-in inspections.

Yep...had good luck there too. And I really liked working with Pete when he was there!

So...waja do? Buy new rearsets? Trade the Triumph on a Busa? Huh...huh....huh...???

Let's go with "service." I went in for a rear swing-arm stand (Dave) and found the rollar (front) stand I had been eyeing as well as a battery tender. They were great in listening to what I needed to insure it would work w/my bike and very helpful w/their helmets as well. (Boy, do those HJCs run large! Guess, I'll stick w/Arai for a while longer.) All around, good guys.

I've had a lot of people tell me bad things about MOM's but I've got to say.. They have done nothing but treat me right. Reasonable rates, always offering a discount, Al in service is the man, and the folks upstairs in parts actually have a clue which is always helpful!!!

    Re: MOM knows best

I gotta be honest. All the while I was growing up and well into my 20's and even into my 30's MoM's was THEE joke of all motorcycle shops. Seems when it was sold, things really started to turn around. And I've heard good things now they're a 'real' dealership...

I believe this 'Al' you speak of used to be the service manager at Cycle World (Londonderry) when it was around. If it's the same guy, he is indeed the man. He was pretty much the reason I even used to deal with Cycle World, albeit rarely. Glad to see he got a decent gig when Cycle World ran away...

Stoneman, where did you get your tiller?

Tell me again, Please, I love that story!

Anyone here can ask for my former teammate, Jason "Hillsey" Hillsgrove, tell him NESR sent you, although Hillsey gives good service to everyone.
