Great people to work with. And they are open till 9pm EST. After placing my order for a suit on closeout, Sree called me within 3 min telling me that the suit color and size was no longer in stock. Not only did he work with me for 30 min trying to find another suit-but he gave me a heck of a deal on the 08 model.
I highly recommend these guys, and would say stop in if you head down to Maryland for a ride!
Icon Domain 2
After checking out the Devil Dog Domain 2 out in San Diego I thought that I would throw down for Icon's Chrome Mechanica helmet. It was a bit of an impulse buy, but the helmet felt good when i tried in on in the store.
I just got it in today along with my Puig Race Windscreen from Motonekoparts.com.
Fit and Finish is fantastic, and compared to my Mainframe (2007) you can tell that they put alot more focus into the new Domain. It is very well constructed and fits like a glove (size M). I have been wearing it for about 25 min now, and sadly, I think I am going to return it...why?
Weight...and the thin top liner.
I am going to wear it around again after I get my hair cut tomorrow, but right now, the top of my head is bothering me, but its my neck most of all, and Ill I've been doing is sitting on the couch.
Too bad really. The chrome graphics are KICK ASS, Wicked Sick! And everything on the helmet is tight, it is def. well built-though I cannot comment on its crash worthiness.
It could also be my shit is weak from the "off-season"...but the helmet is very much Aft Heavy.
If you do not mind a little weight in your lid, and are looking for a sick street helmet, I would recommend this girl...but I think I am going to exchange for an Arai or a Scorpion.
