Considering you have to look down at the speedo anyways, wouldn't be much different from having to look downward towards a tiny LCD screen.

I like the idea though. It would be better if it were embedded in or projected on to the shield.

Make it part of the screen out of a bendable transparent OLED panel.

If it was done right so as not to obscure your vision or distract you with bright flashy colors....put an OLED screen that fitted over your helmets screen...add a high resolution night vision cameras forward and aft, any stats you wanted to track from the ODB2 connector, GPS info, the latest Ironman movie lol etc etc etc

OLEDS tend not to be cheap and shields tend to get destroyed in crashes.
Might be better to have something that projected onto the shield that would be better protected.

Either way, cool.

yep, I saw a youtube of a kid that removed it from the goggles and installed it on a Shoei helmet.
It looked great but the lack of apps and the information presented didn't apply to well.

Where its in its infancy stages that great.

Imagine having a little camera on the back of your helmet and having that lil screen on this too...see whos coming up on you
