I've been in there a few times, just to look around as well as with my father when he needs something for the BMW. Seem like great guys overall, always willing to answer any questions and their customer service seems to be pretty good.

Mark Reynolds is a great person to talk to and to deal with. I've known him for a few years now, and he is very helpful.

Go to them for sure. They have good mechanics that are racers. Also pretty fair prices on parts and tires.

TJ in sales is a nice helpful guy to talk to.

I AGREE! DONT EVER LET EM TAKE YOUR BIKE IN FOR SERVICE. THEY SUCK! they'll rape ya on costs and take as long as they want to service your bike with sh*t eating grins on their faces knowing they are one of the few to service bmws, huskys, aprilla, ducati

I heard it's all been downhill since the owner of Wagner Powersports died from cancer a couple of years ago.

1999 Ducati 750 SS....Needed 2 OEM timing belts. Seacoast $44.49 each.... Valley Motorsports $80.58 plus tax for both. Wagners $36.16 each plus tax.

Re: anyone here deal with Wagner Motorsports??

I'd recommend Seacoast in Derry, NH. I visited Wagner for the first time 2-3 months ago with a couple friends. It was on a Tuesday afternoon. No customers in the showrooms (to be expected given the day and time we visited). No salesman came out to even look at us, despite our looking at the new and used Ducatis for quite a while, so we went over to the BMW side...walking through the service/customer service section...no salesman there either. [the guys I was with were older with gray hair, but both have been riding for many years and they certainly have the $$ to buy any bike in the place with cash. Not saying the place is profiling, but it was pretty stupid not to at least have someone on the sales floor]. We had some coffee and one of the mechanics came in from outside. He was friendly. One of my friends said that he had an Aprilia and was looking to purchase a Tuono. The mechanic said that they were trying to get rid of handling/selling Aprilia. lmao. Well, he wasn't in sales so probably not too concerned about the shop getting an Aprilia sale, which they didn't. We walked back to the Ducati side, looked at apparel for a few minutes, still no salesman to be found, then proceeded to leave. Another friend went out of his way to go into a cubicle and pull a salesman out to get a Ducati brochure. The salesman made some remark about the Panigale being totally different than the 848 we were looking at. I got the impression that he 'didn't' think that was the 'right' bike for them despite knowing nothing about them or me. I placed an order for a 2012 Ducati Panigale with Seacoast. Would have given Seacoast the business anyway since I've been dealing with people there from years ago during the BCM days (this will be my 6th Ducati), but this experience with Wagner really wasn't impressive at all.

My Tuono has been in for service there. I was very happy with the entire service experience.
