Thumbs up Woodcraft CFM, awesome customer service

I bought a set of Woodcraft dual-temp tire warmers for the 2010 season and the rear ended up having an issue during the last set of TTD I did up at NHMS.

Not sure what happened, but even though the light came on, it didn't heat up. Most likely a break in the heating element somewhere.

Anyway, I sent the warmer to Woodcraft for warranty repair last Friday, 10/29 and had a replacement on Tuesday, 11/2. That's only ONE business day to receive and ship one back to me.

    Kudos to them.

Nope, they sent me a return email saying they're deciding the first round in late November.

My first sponsor is actually AMSOIL.

I guess we'll see. The company I work for was just acquired by Oracle, so I may not have a job.

Been there, done that. But replaced parts from Street & Comp at the track.

I'm shouting out about Woodcraft's in-house customer service, since you don't see that sort of thing too much anymore.

in the 2010 woodcraft parts catalog there is a picture of you and your SV sliding in the track, thats on the crash protection page or something like that, frame sliders, spools, etc... I meant to show it to you but I forgot, but you probably know about it anyway
