    Thumbs up www.supersproxusa.com rules

Ordered up a set of sprockets & a DID chain from www.supersproxusa.com

A few days later everything arrives, but the chain I selected (DID 525V G/B 120) wasn't gold as I was expecting. I checked their product description page & saw they had it listed as "gold-black" (hense the G/B) meaning the outter plates were gold & the inner ones were black.

So I shot them a quick & polite message just last night asking what my options were regarding return or exchange.

They responded this morning appologizing for the mix-up, saying that they would make the necessary changes on their website asap (which they already did!) and that they'd hapily....

    A - Refund a portion of my bill (10%)
    or
B - Email me a return shipping label so I could send them the chain & exchange it for a DID VM2 chain... and I could either "purchase" the new chain, which they'd send out asap and they'd refund me once they get the one I got, or I could send the one I've got to them and they'd send out a new one once they get the one I've got.

Seeing as I love me some bling on the Tuono, I'm probably gonna go with option B and upgrade to the gold chain

    Super props to Supersprox!

I put 20k or so miles on one on my ZRX, wrecked the bike, sold the sprocket to a guy and he's put another 15k or so miles on it and says it STILL shows zero wear. I have one on my TL as well......

Yeah, I'm not sure how many miles were on the one I'm replacing (had a supersprox on there when I picked it up in '09), but the bike's got over 32k on the clock now and I'm just replacing the sprockets. I did replace a chain a couple years ago though.

The rep from Supersprox called me first thing this morning at about 9:05am California time. She's shipping out a VM2 chain today.

Sending the other one back was easy as pie. She emailed me a shipping label, I printed it out, went to the post office, threw the chain in one of those flat rate envelopes, stuck the label on and off it went.

I relaced mine with pretty much the same. Gold DID 530 X series & supersprox . 18,000 + and almost no wear. I happen to think they look pretty nice too.

Flippin awesome... As expected, they charged me for the VM2 chain and refunded me as soon as they received the V chain. Got the VM2 yesterday and promptly emailed them to thank them for the customer service.

PS, they are in no way, shape or form a sponsor of mine or ECK Racing... as far as they're concerned I'm just another customer.
