Eric,
I took basic in 2012 and raced for 2012 and half of 2013. Can I participate in racer practice? I think I am still a "License Certified Rider." I'm considering running a weekend or 2 at the end of this season, but I'm trying to get a little more track time at NHMS before I make up my mind. More importantly, I'm trying to gain more track time in a passing friendly atmosphere.
A man of many names...Jay, Gennaro, Gerry, etc.
The rule as it sits is that you are still certified for a racing license until you have gone a significant time (3 or more years I believe) without competing. So, based on that you are still OK...you just need to have a bike that will pass race tech and you'll be fine to fun racer practice.
We'll see you in a week or so!
