What is the warrantee on warmers?

I have heard that woodcraft has some amazing warrantees on warmers. I have had a set of duel temp warmers for afew years and absolutely love them but at the second to last round last year the rear warmer decided it didnt want to get hot anymore. It would get alittle warm but bearly put heat into the tire. Front was fine. I swapped to my back up warmer and the weekend went on but I truly do love my woodcraft warmers. Before I start shopping around for a permanent replacement does anyone know what if anything woodcraft might be able to do as far as repairing my rear warmer? Thanks again for any info and thanks to woodcraft for making my favorite set of warmers I have ever had.

I don't know about RI but some New England states have a "fit for purpose" warranty law which basically says the thing you bought should work for a reasonable amount of time, even if there is no warranty (or the warranty is very short). You could poke around on the RI AG's website and see what it says? It's probably under "consumer protections" or some such.

per Tire Warmer repair form on Woodcraft website,
    https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/02...f?v=1592142170

Warmers have 1 year warranty. Receipt is needed to claim warranty. But can be sent in for repair otherwise.

I would recommend calling Woodcraft and see what they say. They are people you can speak with.

I had a similar issue with a chicken Hawk set and sent them to get repaired ($100 total including shipping). I wouldn’t be surprised if Eric & company offer something along those lines if no warranties exist.

Cheaper just to have the rear fixed. I seem to remember it was cheaper than chicken hawk to have them worked on.

100% this. I had a set of warmers for close to a decade and when one of them gave up the ghost I walked over to Eric with it, asked him about repair options and he goes "Oh! That's the older gen with an in-line fuse that sometimes dies. It's right here and it's totally not necessary, you can just cut it right out of there and solder the wires back together."

Boom, done. I did the repair myself & it was back up & running that day.

Now that's not going to be your solution as mine were close to 15 years old, but... the point is, like Tas said, they're people that can help you out.

Might just be as simple as a faulty switch.

We have a 1 year warranty on warmers but do offer repairs even if they are out of warranty. To send them in just fill out the repair form on www.woodcraft-cfm.com and mail them in and we can take a look.
