Legal in VT/NH Without Mirrors?

So, i have to put the pieces back on the EX from the track day. I plan on doing this tonight so I can commute tomorrow (something about that $28 tank of gas yesterday reminded me why i had been commuting on 2 wheels in the first place).

BUT! When i removed my "driver's side" mirror, which had been oddly lose since last summer's parking lot debaucle, a big hunk of fairing came with it, so trying to get the mirror back on may take some jerry-rigging and/or a customized piece of extra plastic.

So, can I just leave the mirrors off for a few days and not get tagged for it in VT or NH?

The mirrors on an EX mount through the fairing stay... so you should be able to bolt them on regardless if that piece of plastic is there or not...

It may be a little loose without the piece of plastic... which you could just throw a couple of washers on it or something for the time being...

Sorry I don't know the answer about mirrors in NH and VT... I know in MA ya gotta have at least one

I hope you're right... cuz at a glance it doesn't look like it's going to be holding ANYTHING on there! Guess I'll find out tonight..
