It's just propylene glycol. Sold by others too...Sierra, and Prestone, at least. Less toxic than EG antifreeze. Less slippery too. I've heard bad things about it, not sure how much of that is hearsay though.

In car racing you must use just water in cooling systems. so evapoates on the track.
